People talk about that fact that 2026 is the "year" of authenticity. THIS is what authentic conversations, depth, experience and leadership looks like in practice.

Without clarity and a REAL sense of "being unlocked" - all tactics done will be a waste of time. All advice (projected or useful) will go unheeded. All money and time that you spend will be in frustration.
