"🧡You are scarily accurate. I just listened to my eclipse reading and I am floored. I was making audible sounds while listening because it's that spot on.
When you were telling me how these energies would present themselves in my chart — I couldn't believe it was an exact example of something that actually happened in my life! I am currently living and experiencing so much of what you said that it is wild. Your guidance gives me more confidence moving forward that I’m on the right path. Even if it's bumpy, I know I can stay the course."

This episode wasn’t even supposed to exist—I had already recorded my season finale. But a mistake happened, a response hit, the energy was there and we rolled with the chaos and the flow.
It’s a lived example of how these mechanics actually play out in real life—messy, nuanced, and not at all the simplified scripts you see online.

Hey everyone, welcome to the podcast. Listen to the episode before this. If you wanna know why I'm doing this preamble, this episode was a mistake, but it's not a mistake, but you're gonna wanna listen to that one. We're gonna do sacral versus intuition versus emotional authority.
Delineating those three things in this episode. And yes, I know that the episode says, welcome to the unscripted path. And that is for a reason, and you're gonna see that as we kick off season two.
Hey everyone. Welcome back to the unscripted path. Today we're gonna talk about the sacral response and just responding to the world as a generator or manifesting generator. There's a lot of myths and, , kind of dogma out there about what that looks like. And today we're gonna talk about that. I'm gonna give you a little bit of a story, an example from my life.
That kind of combines intuition, sacral response, and emotional authority so that you can see how I isolate these three things.
I, I talked a little bit about the sacred response before, but we didn't do a dedicated episode on it. So that's what today is, and that's why I'm kind of shoehorning this in right now. But it is timely because I talked to you guys about my garden and I've been really, really busy in the garden. It is so much work.
Oh my god. So much work. Never again. Never again. But, , I also didn't realize that each acorn squash plant yields like six squash. So I have like six acorn squash, that's like 40 squashes. I'm like, what am I gonna do with 40 acorn squash? Anyway, garden. So here's the quick story, and this involves the intuition aspect.
This involves the sacral response, and this involves emotional authority. There are some episodes linked in the show notes where shortly to, to how to find out if you're a sacral being and all about emotional authority. And also an episode where I talk about the difference between intuition and sacral response, in my opinion.
So those are three foundational episodes you're gonna wanna hear and you're gonna want be able to tell based on listening to those episodes. If you have emotional authority and if you are AAC being. I guarantee you, you are. If you're attracted to me. All of my clients have been generators and manifesting generators, and this episode was also prompted by a client,
so just as a quick backstory, one of the big pet peeves of mine about humanization human design is people make such a big fucking deal about sickle response. And that it's this big. Yes. And you get these noises and you get this guttural sound and it's like this big thing and it's this full body. Yes.
And I'm like, I don't believe that that's the case. And I've talked about that in other content, and I think it really turns a lot of people off who are new to human design because not only do people talk about it in that way. And by the way, most of the people who talk about that are coaches, and most coaches are projectors.
They don't even have a sacral response. So they're doing this off of theory. We've talked about this. Not only is that problematic to me, but then people say you cannot study human design at all once you, until you nail strategy and authority. And I've gone the opposite. I do everything the opposite of everybody else if it's not obvious.
I tend to do things at the opposite of everybody else. And so I absorbed all of the cerebral aspects of human, human design, the gates, the centers, what they mean, how I'm influenced, what are my superpowers.
And if you think about what marketing is. What is a superpower in marketing? It's your ability to influence somebody else. So at the end of the day, human design to me is how we navigate the world energetically and how we influence others and how they influence us. That's it. It's not a soul blueprint.
It's not all this other stuff that people talk about. It is and it isn't. But I use other tools for that. And you know this, so, and I'll be sharing ways to work with me on that in season two. So, okay, so that's the backstory. So if you think about making something this big, complicated thing, and then you say, well, you can't move forward until you've nailed that thing.
Well then most people throw away the system. I would, and I've spent a lot of time in different groups as a true one line I. You know, I've been in a lot of different masterminds and intensivess around human design. It's not just self-study, although probably five years of that as well. And , I've heard everything under the sun from people in terms of what their sacral response sounds like.
So I'll tell you for me, is that because I have a collective share channel.
That's my only sacral channel. Some people have more than one. I have one. What I am here to do and build has to relate to the collective, and it has to relate to things I share with the collective. Hence my energy to have a podcast. Hence my knowledge that I'll probably have a YouTube channel in the future.
I've had a YouTube channel. I've had multiple podcasts. My energy comes from sharing that. And it's channel of rhythm. So I share in a rhythmic fashion, . We had a rhythm for season one. We're gonna have a very different rhythm for season two.
Music is fast, music is slow. Water is fast, water is slow. That's rhythm. So when it comes to what I respond to, I listen to that sacral response. This was inspired by a podcast I was listening to, and then I was like, I'm gonna record this episode.
And so I had a response to something and I was like, oh, let me get this in. And I have the energy to do that. So it's like if I have the response that I have the energy to share what I have to share and do what I have to do, then that's all I need to know. It doesn't have to be this full body. Yes. Full body chills.
Heck yes. Fuck yes. I've gotta overthink it 10 times because I've got emotional authority. It's a podcast. It's 20 minutes outta my day. Maybe about another 10 minutes. I. Because I've set up a system to get it up and out, and when I have a team, it's gonna be even less time for me. Right? So it's like we don't have to overcomplicate this because as sacral beings, we're gonna take step-by-step action.
So I'm gonna take step-by-step action, I'm gonna share certain things in a certain way, maybe here, maybe another outlets. And I'm gonna eventually gonna be towards building what I wanna build and when that's no longer a yes, well then I know I'm no longer building that, or I pause and I wait. So deciding to end season one felt right to me based on the other things I've got going on in my life right now.
It felt like I was overextending myself, and the things are not related at all. So it's kind of like spokes moving in a completely different direction. And I was like, this is just not productive. This is not a laser-focused use of energy. We're gonna stop right now and I can do that. That's how I use sacral response.
And because I have an emotional authority and I have a deep dive and emotional authority, if this was a big implication decision, a car, I was gonna buy a client, I was gonna sign on for months, a commitment I was gonna make. Then I would pause. That's kind of how I see that. But I don't really see that as being like a big thing.
I feel like everyone should pause before making de big decisions. I mean, some people don't need to. I, that's great. I don't think there's any harm in doing that. Right. I might pause longer than others. I guess that's what the thing is. So, and then, and I've also described intuition and I've said that I have gate 57 as my north node.
We're gonna talk about nodes season two, and. Gate 57 is the most intuitive gate in the body graph. So I'm meant to lead with intuition. So I have a complicated setup. And so I thought it might be useful for you to hear how someone like me delineates those three things.
So my garden, so a couple of months ago, right around the time when everyone was getting their garden in the ground. Or deciding to get their garden in the ground. Oh, no. Getting their garden in the ground. , I was taking care of a family member who'd had surgery, and so the day that they came back from the hospital, I decided to run to the post office.
I had to run to the post office to ship product for my other company. The one I'm shutting down, which is a health product. I had to ship product, I had to ship to a customer, so I had to run to the post office, and I was like, I'll be back in like 10 minutes. And my mind, and they'd already gotten everything they needed.
And it was important that I come home fairly quickly to be with them. And in my mind I was like, oh, I'll just run to the store, the post office and the store share a parking lot. So I said, I'll just run to the store and get them juice. And in my mind I was thinking lemonade. They'd already bought apple juice, but I was like lemonade.
And at the time I forgot that they have an acid problem, problem. They can't drink lemonade. And so, but I forgot about that. So my intuition, I went to the post office and I had an intuitive hit to go get juice. That's Gate 57, because I'm not responding to like data in my environment. I'm responding to an intuitive hit that I get.
We've all gotten these intuitive hits, i'm not building anything based on that intuitive fan. I'm just taking a. Jaunt to the store and I go to that aisle. And in that aisle they hadn't changed the, they move the stuff around in stores all the time, and then those big signs, they have up way up close to the ceiling where they, they list like what's in the aisle.
They didn't change it. There was no juice in that aisle. But I ran into a garden steward in my town. They have these garden stewards, which 'cause these, these are huge community plots, right? So this is real farming. This is agriculture. When I talk about my garden, it's not some small thing in my backyard.
A lot of manual labor and I ran into my garden steward, and these are, , women, it could be anybody, but they're women who have lots of years of experience and who have volunteered to kind of be a steward, ask questions, answer questions, be a guide for other newbies in the garden.
And I'd done the garden before, and I knew this person, she was in the aisle. So the only reason I was in that aisle was to meet up with her because they didn't have juice. And I'm not even supposed to buy lemonade for this person. I lasted the garden three years ago. I haven't run into her locally since.
So this was interesting. And she's like, are you gonna do the garden this year? I was like, oh, you know, I have to run home to so and so. She's like, , are you gonna do the garden this year? I said, you know, I got a lot going on right now mentally, I don't know. It's really taxing. She's like, why don't you just come by?
Why don't you just come by and check it out? See how you feel? And it was reminding me of that sacral thing, which we all can forget is that. The more data we can give our body to respond to a thing, the more opportunities we give it to say yes or no. Because the sacral is a sentient being, which means it doesn't respond to absence of information.
So in my mind, I'm saying I don't have energy in my mind. I'm saying I don't have time, which are all true,
but I'm not gonna know that in isolation. So I was like, oh, I didn't even think about that. So then I go about my time, my day, and then I don't remember the next time I decide I'm gonna drop by. And what was interesting is it was a time I'd gone to the store again, the same center and my garden is around the a quick five minute drive from that center.
It's also in the same parking lot. It's the gym that I go to. And I decided to go to the gym that day and all of a sudden I'm like, I'm not gonna go to the gym today. I'm gonna go to the garden instead. So I go to the garden and who's there? Not only is she there. I'm working on her garden, but another garden steward is there.
The other one that I know, and of course they're encouraging me, you should do it. It's, and it's gonna be great, blah, blah, blah. I check out the plots that are available. And there was one plot that was a potential. Yes. Any of the other plots would've been a no, because the good plots were taken. The ones near the water pumps were taken by the way, you have to hand pump water here.
We're talking gallons of water a day. Like I said, this is real shit. , And.
It was pretty late in the season, so a lot of 'em had already gotten weeds. And my first year when I had done a garden, I joined late again. I'm we're gonna, we're gonna have a episode on the root center. Remember this. Me and time when it comes to the root center, I'm always kind of behind the eight ball, all right?
And I, I can improve, but I'm never really great. So I was late shock, , in 22. And so I spent an entire afternoon pulling hardcore weeds and wheelbarrowing the weed weeds. And I said, never again. I'm never doing that again. That was ridiculous. And so I was like, all right, if the, if the plots have a lot of weeds, I'm gonna say no.
But there was one plot, the plot that I was considering. , And it was B six B and it actually looked like the word B and that felt relevant to me, that had like no weeds. And I'm like, all right, either this is a sign or
you know, it's a infertile. It's a barren plot. I since learned why. When I dug it up, the people who had had it before me had put a, dumped a bunch of hay in the ground, and the hay hadn't been tilled. And so hay prevents weed growth. And so still early on the season, we're gonna see how good it is.
Nothing's gonna be as good as my, my year 20, my, my 2022 broke records. I had 300 tomatoes. I mean, I trying to chase that is like, forget it, but we'll see how good this year is. But the point is, is I was like, all right, information. Plots available. That's decent plots available that's near the water pump.
All right? Still not feeling it. And so long story short, as I went back a couple of times and the next time I intuitively felt the need to go back, the both women were there again. And I said, oh, you know, I wanna go to New York. I'm planning to visit a friend in New York. And it was right around that timeframe and for a number of reasons.
I knew that if I didn't make it by the end of June, I wasn't gonna go and it was gonna get too hot, too crowded in New York. You're never gonna visit New York in July or August if you can avoid it. I used to live there for like 11 years, New York City, and this woman's like, oh, I'll water your garden, go more information.
And all of a sudden that released another mental block of, oh, you can't go. So the point is, is that. I had an intuitive hit to go to the store. Had another intuitive hit that got an invitation to go check it out, went shot, you know, got, then got an in intuitive hit to go check it out. That's gate 57, that's the splenic center.
Then I'm responding to, do I have energy this for this? Do I have energy for this? And then you're kind of, you know, do I wanna commit to this? So when you do a garden like this, you're committing to an extensive amount of money.
And I have all the tools. I have a lot of stuff and that's still, gardens are not cheap. And , then it's a lot of time, you're talking at least a couple of hours every other day. Plus probably a good three to four hours on the weekend. And that's not including the 50 hours it takes to set it up.
And then you're kind of committed to that through the end of October for me, 'cause I'm growing a lot of stuff like squash, which, you know, it's gonna. I'm gonna be harvesting that until almost the plot's done greatly reduces freedom. It's a commitment. And I had a friend of mine who said, well, you could just do it because I'm also thinking about moving.
So there's, there's another variable, but I mean, a couple of months, who cares? And a friend of mine was like, well, you could just do it and just abandon it. And I was like, you don't understand my human design configuration. I have two channels, a channel of rhythm, which is about nature and the channel of community.
I don't make commitments to community. And break them. That's a heart, heart emotion channel. That is a commitment and nature. I mean, I consider plants living things. I talk to my plants, I talk to, you know, I don't, I would never grow a plant and then tear it up outta the ground. That to me, is like the most sacrilege.
I can't, I, I really couldn't do that. It's a living, breathing entity at that point. So I was gonna make a commitment. And I have a lot of other goals this summer. I've talked to you about my fitness goals. I've got other personal goals, so whether or not it was the right decision or not, I don't know. There was some mental gymnastics I did as well.
And this whole notion of you're not gonna use your mind making any decisions, eh? I mean, I think we're human and I think, you know, part of what factored in is I don't anticipate living in such a rural area again after I move. So I may not have access to doing this kind of a plot ever again. And I have gotten a lot of tips and tools from the different folks, which is what you get.
Because the thing is, is like these people, I mean, if you went to this garden plot, it looks like something out of a fricking magazine. I mean, these people are expert gardeners, so you're getting a lot of tools and tips from people that you could search for it on the internet, but. You know how it is. It's, it's never the same as when you're being guided.
Mentorship is, you can't be replaced by, let me Google everything. You guys know that That's a nice way to fail. The people are like, oh, I can do everything for free and I'm gonna figure everything out on their own. They're never the people who are succeeding. I'm sorry, harsh statement, but it's true. , People who succeed, they, they do stuff on their own and they get help, so.
That's it. So that, that was the intuitive hit to go to the garden. The sacral response of, do I have the energy for this? And then the emotional wave of, do I have to commit to this? So I committed to it. I waited till the last possible second to commit. I think I committed, , mid-July. Most people have their plots in the ground by Memorial Day, and so I didn't even get my stuff up and added until like, I don't know, end of June, which is late.
But that was the first time I had the sacral energy to do it. And, , sometimes in life you don't get to wait. I think that's one of the, also one of the other things that I don't like about human design. It's like this notion of you always have a choice. Like, and I, I, I, I talked about that with the heart center, this willpower thing.
Like, I never have the energy to go to the gym. I always have the energy to grow to the store and buy ice cream and make nachos. I never have the energy to go to the gym. That's, that's a complete mental goal. That's a complete, I want to achieve a certain result, and I'm not going to achieve it by not doing this.
There's no part of me that wants to do that. So that's why I kind of like, when I was putting up that fencing that I talked about, when I talked about the, it was one of the, I think it was the summer solstice episode. , It's, it's called like bringing bees to the garden. Interesting because my garden plot, I chose it partly because it said it was, looked almost like the letter B, , looked like the word B, you know, no part of me decide wanted to spend two days and then afterwards we'd be gonna Home Depot at nine o'clock at night to get more.
Supplies that no part of me wanted that I was gonna run outta time until when it was gonna become unfeasible to do this. So what am I saying here? I'm saying that. That is my example of intuition meets sacral meets emotional authority. They are three different things, and if you don't have emotional authority, then you're not really gonna have to worry about that.
But I think we all think about things before we commit. We all pause before we commit, or we should.
This notion that it doesn't have to be some full body. Yes. This like magical, like orgasmic blah. It's like. Here's how it works for me. When I have something that motivates me from a sacral response related to my sacral channel, which I explained earlier what that is. I'll start doing the thing. I had this intuitive hit to do something.
I was doing some housework. I stopped and recorded this podcast. Is this the right time for me to be recording this podcast? Probably not. I got other things to do. If I waited till tomorrow to do it, would I do it? Maybe, maybe not. Sacral is very much like a in. At the moment kind of a thing. Do I have to think about this for a lot?
No. Did I respond to something outside of myself to have this conversation? Yes. It was a couple of things that kept hitting at me. One, I had a conversation with my client last week. And I asked her about she's sacral authority, and I asked her how she responds and she's like, no, she just gets like this.
She gets like a , like a fuzzy feeling. She gets like this electromagnetic feeling through her body when she knows. So I was like, cool for me, I just start doing the thing. I've heard other, other stories from other people and I was like, oh, I really should talk about this in the podcast, especially before we get into more business content, which is where we're gonna be heading in season three.
Season two is gonna be esoteric ish. Listen to the next episode if you wanna know what's coming in season two. And then I saw something today on threads I responded to. And then I decided to listen to a podcast that talked about this all within, like, this all happened within like four days. And I'm like, all right.
And then I recorded a introductory introduction to season one today in anticipation of ending season one. And I said, the season is all about. Primarily associated with manifesting generators and generators. And I was like, oh shit. Did I even do an episode on the sacral? So there's my episode on the sacral, and part of it is that I'm putting together a whole digital product around the sacral.
And if you wanna learn more on how to work with it and how to achieve safe world mastery and all the things that I've learned from all the different groups I've been in, all the clients I've worked with, all the different things I've participated with, how to use this in real life, then stay tuned for that.
