Hey everyone, welcome back to the Aligned Alchemist. Today we're going to have a special segment called Transformational Tuesday. Before we dive in, I've got an exciting announcement, special limited time pilot offer, my business breakthrough intensives. These are power packed sessions, one off sessions live sessions that combine business optimization, intuitive guidance, and laser focused input.

Based on your human design and targeted to your business. These are a no brainer price, 55 bucks, very limited slots available and in transparency I was only going to do five and , kind of like five, five, five. And then I dropped the interest link in a Facebook group I was in and I already have five people interested.

I obviously want to let my podcast listeners in on this, but you should just go in knowing that the slots are pretty limited and that would make sense given the high touch.  These will all be held. The second week of October,  so I believe starting on October the 12th through the following Thursday, that is when I'm going to be holding these slots, so it's just one week.

Please know that part of the reason it's a discounted price is that I will be asking for feedback, detailed feedback after the experience. And if you have a good experience, you'd be open to providing a testimonial about your experience. And this includes a public testimonial.

So something where you would have a name at least visible. If that's not something you're comfortable with, then this might not be for you. This is for you if you are a seasoned business owner looking for clarity and you're looking for targeted advice, you are looking for focused action steps and you know that this will be something that's going to move you forward.

This is not for you if you know nothing about human design or expecting this to be a full  a human design teaching session, or you're looking for basic business strategy, i. e. how to start a business or a complete strategic overhaul. This is targeted laser advice and there will be an intake form to fill out so that I know exactly what areas to hone in on before we meet.

What you're going to get is clarity on your current business, a refined understanding of your vision, insight into what's holding you back, and at least one targeted step to move you forward. I bring 13 years of entrepreneurial experience, multiple business models, 20 years of marketing experience and MBA and expertise in human design.

My north node is gate 57, which is the gate of intuitive clarity, the most intuitive gate in the body graph. And it's what I use to help people see through the dark and see what they can't see.  I'm going to make this quick and dirty. Nothing fancy because all of the caveats I would typically give on a sales page you have so you know What to know if this is for you and the calendar link to book and pay is in the show notes

well, let's just say if there are no more slots available, then you know They're booked, but I will put a date on it. Let's say close of business 5 p. m. Eastern Standard Time on the 27th. That gives you guys an opportunity who listen to this podcast to book if you're interested. It's probably going to be a F yes or F no immediately.

If you're listening to this in the future, have no fear. These have likely come back in some more formal fashion at a higher price. And so you will get an opportunity to work with me in this way if you're interested. You're so inclined.

But obviously something like this is never going to come around again and working with me at this much of a discount price is never going to come again.

Link is in the show notes if you're interested. And now let's get into Transformational Tuesday.

And what is Transformational Tuesday? I should bring that up. Transformational Tuesdays are quick tips and thoughts to make you think. They're going to be inspired by a quote, a real life example that is timely.  They'll just be me jumping on the mic, limited editing, probably not intro music, and generally fairly quick and to the point, shorter than traditional episodes.

And with that being said, let's get into today's content.

Today's Transformational Tuesday is inspired by a quote.  This quote is from James Clear, the author of the famous book, Atomic Habits,  very famous personal development author,  and the quote is,  you can't change the past, but you can reframe it,  find a lesson in it,  find the opportunity in it,  pull the teachable moment out of it, and share it with others.

You can't choose your history, but you can choose the story you tell about it.  And this quote,  in addition to being a feel good quote, really encapsulates the essence of the Aligned Alchemist podcast. What is alchemy?  Alchemy is turning lead into gold.  What is alchemy in life? Alchemy is turning mistakes into wisdom.

In human design,  we have a number of centers  and in our centers that are undefined and open,  that is where we take in energies that are, those are lessons and our teachers and our gifts later on in life once we've  seen them for what they are. But for most of our life, they are our lessons  and we develop a lot of wisdom through our open and undefined centers.

That we then bring to our audience, to our business, to our clients, to our creative projects, to our content  as we move later on in life. As I shared, this podcast is kind of geared towards those in the second half of their journey because that to me is when you really decide to step into the power of who you are and you really decide to own all of the wisdom and mistakes and things that you've been through on your journey as the aligned alchemist.

Alchemy is transformation and transmutation.  And it's really about that ability to transform  wisdom into gold in life, in general, personal development sense, but also through the wisdom of our undefined centers and our open centers. And as we get into season one, I'll be doing a deep dive. on the centers and a brief explanation of how we got to the centers from the chakras if you are not familiar with that aspect of human design.

And part of the reason that I was gone for such a long time, in addition to the reasons that I'm going to share in the next episode and that will be the last episode of the season.  Is that I had a commitment I had made  through a prior coaching program  that involved a bonus where I had to travel  and  So I was gone for a bit and in addition to the actual travel which was only about a week

the bigger thing is that I entered into this particular coaching situation, this container,  which is a five figure investment  out of not self.  As you know, as sacral beings, we have sacral authority and we have emotional authority and we want to take a beat  when we have emotional authority.  And I didn't,  and one of the first episodes of season one, we're going to be talking about the Splenic Center, which is a seat of intuition on the high side, but on the low side, it is the seat of fear, and too often we are told to listen to our intuition, listen to our intuition, and intuition is very, very powerful when you're in danger.

And intuition is very, very powerful as part of your higher overall life plan. But in the moment to moment decisions we make as sacral beings, none of us have splenic authority.  By definition, if you are a sacral being.

And I have an episode zero I've dropped where I give you in five minutes how you can find out if you're a sacral being or not. You do not have by straight up definition the ability to have Splenic Authority. You have Sacral Authority or you have Emotional Authority. You're making decisions with your Sacral or you're making decisions with your Emotion Center.

I'll move along because I'm forgetting that this is a Transformational Tuesday. But,  The bottom line is, is that I did not wait for that emotional clarity and I made a  sizable investment, in a program that was not the right fit for me and was not the right fit for my business at the time.

And so there was a bonus that I did not want to lose as a result of that. Potentially additional sunken cost mentality,  hard to say.  The positive of that is that I was filming a course for that particular bonus in a studio.  And as a result of that, I will be releasing something as a digital product very soon I'll be letting you guys know about it. It's something that's been stirring for a long time and this forced it to pop. So essentially it was a choice that I made, a mistake that I'd made that I was quite negative on.  There was a deadline through which people had to use the bonus  and I pushed it to the absolute.

last possible second.  To make it even more clear the last date the bonus could be used was July 31st and I booked the studio for July 31st  and  I developed hives around that time which I shared with you guys in the last episode and they were kind enough to let me move up the date which they didn't have to do and they were very awesome and the studio was awesome and everybody was awesome this has absolutely nothing to do with that

This was about a decision I made that was not the right match for my business and not the right match for me at that time.  It was based in not self. It was not based in a stake role decision.   There's a lot of positive that came out of this experience. I ended up connecting with a woman I'd been communicating with online.

She lived in the same town as the studio. . And so we were able to connect and develop a deep relationship. I'm actually going to have her come on the podcast. I was looking for a manifesting generator to come on the podcast and I was looking for the right one and she was the right fit.

And so that worked out really well. In addition to a lot of other synchronicities  and downloads and ahas that I got  while I was there that I'll share for a future episode.   Ultimately I.  Had many positive things happen as a result of it. And the bottom line is that it forced me to put together a course it That  I already wanted to do not something I just was creating to create  and a panic of how to do this I reached out to a friend of mine who's a curriculum specialist and we connected and she helped me out a lot  and It catalyzed another potential future relationship in that area that I'm going to be needing.

So everything kind of worked out and  I got a lot of perspective just from being out of my day to day environment. So  ultimately,  would I do that again? No.  Was there a potential giant financial loss to me?  Yes. Do we always get the gold nuggets? If you are somebody who's a business owner and you've taken multiple coaching programs and work with different coaches, probably about A large percentage of them, you're like, I wouldn't do that again.

That wasn't worth the money. I didn't get what I wanted out of it. I was influenced into doing it. But you probably found a nugget of gold in that mess.  And that, my friends, is what the Aligned Alchemist is about. We take that nugget of gold and we keep on moving and we pick up more pieces of gold and that gold is what creates the framework of our story.

The power of reframing is powerful. It really helps to shift our energy and helps to shift our focus. because when we focus our attention on finding the lesson  and we focus on the reflection, usually it takes some time. I purchased that program in April of 2023 and I would say it took me a good year not to feel upset with myself about it.

It's easy to say, well, it was in the past and you can't  redo it. No, you can't go backwards. You can't  second guess your decisions in the past because no matter what you can't go backwards, but we are human and we are allowed to process in the way that we need to process.  In this particular quote mistake, it was just money, which oftentimes we can make mistakes that have bigger implications.

It's about finding that lesson. That's how I see reframing. Reframing is used a lot in personal development and neuro linguistic programming.  And it's about turning those past experiences into wisdom for future decisions.  Something I'd heard in a training group I'd been in for human design  is that all you need to do to really, really  honor your authority is to not listen to it once.

And most people with emotional authority, and I'm going to have a guest come on talk about straight up about emotional authority because I think it's Best discussed in examples,  anybody who's got an emotional authority and learned it late in life, you've got a catastrophic  boo boo that you made when you didn't listen to that emotional authority.

You didn't wait  and you will likely not do that again.  It's okay to make mistakes. What we don't want to do is keep making those mistakes.  And I even shared with the folks at the studio, I was waiting for my lift. And they were kind and they, you know, they closed out the studio after I was done in the mid afternoon and just being, you know, a gentleman or  the person working there was like, I'll wait until your lift gets here.

I was taking a lift back to my hotel  and we're just chit chatting. , I said, you know, Hey, I'm sorry. I was a little bit disorganized in preparation. I'd gotten them all the materials last minute. I changed the date last minute and they were so accommodating. And I explained to them the situation that I was in and how it wasn't really.

Yeah.  Something I was super excited. I didn't have a sacral response to be doing this right now. And given some other projects on my plate, my sacral is full and I don't really have the energy or the time to put together a course at this moment to film. And as you know, filming at that level requires travel and.

Hair, makeup, and outfits, and all that stuff, and I wasn't really keen on all that. I didn't want to deal with it all that. Although a little bit of a strip lashes from TJ Maxx at the last minute seems to pull everything together.  You know how it goes. It's like  such a relief when it's done and such a feeling of like, man, I'm not ever going to do that again.

I said, you know,  Why do we have to have the 20, 000 lesson? Why can't we have the 2 lesson? And he's like, because then you wouldn't learn the lesson. And so I share that with you as someone with emotional authority who's made a giant mistake and it's reframed into, I made some new professional relationships.

I got to see a new part of the country, which there is a chance I would like to move to this part of the country. So I got to test it out, test the sacral response out, at least initially.  And I did really enjoy the weather. That was an immediate yes for me.  And I found that my. My  nervous system was greatly reduced because it is a slower part of the country and I am a channel of rhythm.

I tend to be to my own drum and so I do better in places that aren't super hyped up adrenaline pockets of energy, which is where I've lived my entire life.  That is going to change very soon.  The lesson here, the transformational Tuesday tip is thinking about how we can turn past experiences.  How can we alchemize them into wisdom for future decisions?

And in your own business, in your own content, how can you share these lessons with your audience, with your tribe?  To position yourself as relatable, but also to really illustrate the points. There is so much noise right now in the social media space, which I don't even play in that much in the podcasting space and everything space.

Everyone's a thought leader. Everyone's an expert. Everyone's been told to sell like an expert, which isn't even true.  I will wait to go into that when we talk about profiles.  But the bottom line is, is that the way that you stand out is through storytelling. It's through sharing your experiences  when you're on the other side of them,  and I do think that this story still has more to go,   there's more twists and turns and synchronicities that are going to come out of this adventure that I was on that I'll share in the future, but at the very least I'm on the other side of it and I can say this is behind me now and what I would never do again.

My closing thoughts are  reframed experiences can be powerful business stories. They can be powerful business tools  and you can use them to really hone your body's wisdom  moving forward. Because if we make decisions that are not self. We made them because we didn't listen to our body. Remember that human design is a body system.

And so the more that we realize when we didn't listen to our body, the more tuned in and tapped and we are next time to listen to our body.  Alchemy and the aligned alchemist is about alchemizing the past into gold, into wisdom,  into lessons for your audience, your tribe, your people.  And so I would encourage you this week just to think about something that's happened to you recently  that perhaps you're beating yourself up about.

Whatever you're upset about listening to this. I'm sure there's something.  How could you reframe that into something positive for your business? What is something that's happened to you recently that you could reframe into a story for your content? And for your newsletter, for anything else that you're sharing with your people or your audience.

I hope that was useful.  I look forward to being in your world a lot more  very, very soon,  this week, in fact.  And thank you so much for being part of the Aligned Alchemist. And I'm excited to have you on the journey when we kick this off for reals, October 4th.  And excited for all the guests that will be coming in season one and two.

There's a lot of sacral energy. It feels like this is the right path forward and I'm excited to have you part of it. Thank you for listening.

See you on the next one.
